Top Ten Cream
Top Ten Cream is a topical anaesthetic cream from South Korea, offered in two formulas: the original with 10.56% lidocaine, and the Pro version with 2.5% lidocaine and 2.5% prilocaine. Both are white creams used before tattooing, micropigmentation (PMU), laser treatments, MTS and minor dermatological procedures.

Available as Top Ten Cream or Top Ten Cream Pro.
Top Ten Cream
- Active: lidocaine 10.56% (105.6 mg per gram)
- Jar: 500 g
- Onset stated: 15–20 minutes after application
- Apply 0.25–0.66 g to the area 15–20 minutes before the procedure and cover with plastic film
- Do not exceed 2 g in 24 hours (stated as 184 mg lidocaine)
Top Ten Cream Pro
- Actives: lidocaine 2.5% + prilocaine 2.5%
- Jar: 450 g
- Water-soluble, non-sticky, odour-free texture designed to resist separation at different temperatures
- Manufactured in GMP-certified facilities in Korea, according to the manufacturer
- Shelf life: 36 months from manufacture
- Storage: airtight container at room temperature (1–30°C)
