Regulatory Information

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Key facts

  • Supplied from Our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea. We do not import, store or distribute in any other territory.
  • Who may buy Professional-use products are strictly for licensed professionals. We must verify a valid licence before processing any order for them. General cosmetics often need no licence.
  • Your responsibility Check that each product may legally be imported and used in your country before ordering. The recipient is the importer of record.
  • Duties and taxes No shipping service includes import VAT, duties or customs fees. The recipient pays them at customs.
  • Product information We share as much product information as possible, as published by the manufacturer. We do not give medical advice.
  • Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for the use, import or administration of any product.

This page explains the regulatory points to consider when buying from premiumdermalmart.com, including product status, licence requirements, documentation, import and safety. Regulatory rules differ by product, destination and intended use, so this page is general information. It is not legal advice, a certification or an approval by any authority.

1. Where Products Are Supplied From

premiumdermalmart.com is operated by PREMIUMDERMALMART ("we", "us", "our").

Products are supplied directly from our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea. We do not import, store or distribute in any other territory. Each Order is shipped from Korea to the recipient, who imports it into the destination country.

2. Product Categories

Our range includes professional-use products, cosmetics, skincare and related items. Products shown together on our website can be regulated very differently. The category used on our website does not decide a product's legal classification. That depends on the rules of each country.

  • Botulinum toxin products: regulated in many countries as professional-use products that require product-specific authorisation, with restrictions on who may buy and use them.
  • Dermal fillers and similar products: depending on their characteristics and destination, these may be regulated as devices or under other specific rules.
  • Skin boosters and other injectable products: their status depends on composition, intended purpose, product claims and local law. Injectable products should not be treated as ordinary cosmetics.
  • Cosmetics and non-injectable skincare: usually subject to cosmetic rules on safety, ingredients, labelling and notification.
  • Tools, accessories and consumables: requirements depend on the product, its intended use and the destination.

Brand names refer to specific products and should not be treated as generic terms.

3. Regulatory Status Depends on the Product and the Destination

A product being available on our website does not mean it may legally be bought, imported, distributed or used in every country. Checking its position may involve:

  • the exact product name, version and market;
  • the manufacturer and manufacturing site;
  • composition, strength, presentation and pack size;
  • intended purpose;
  • registration, authorisation or conformity documents;
  • required labelling and product information;
  • licensing or local-representation requirements; and
  • the Buyer's own eligibility and intended activity.

Approval of one product, or of another version with a similar name, does not extend automatically to the product being bought. Whether a product is genuine, whether it is authorised in a particular market, and whether it suits a particular purpose are separate questions.

4. Licensed Professionals and Licence Verification

Our professional-use offering is strictly for licensed healthcare and aesthetic professionals, registered clinics and authorised businesses. Professional-use products are not sold for personal use or self-administration.

We must verify a valid professional licence or registration certificate before processing any order for professional-use products. Orders that cannot be verified are not processed. A training certificate on its own is not a licence.

General cosmetics in our range can often be bought without a licence where local rules allow.

Depending on the order, we may also ask for business information, proof of authority to act for an organisation, product-specific authorisations or import documents. Completing checkout, paying or accepting our terms cannot replace a legally required authorisation.

5. Your Responsibilities Before Ordering

Before placing an Order, you must confirm that:

  • you may legally buy, import and hold the product in the destination country;
  • you hold the professional qualifications needed for your intended activity;
  • you have obtained every licence, permit or prescription legally required from you;
  • you meet any requirements for resale or distribution;
  • your business, recipient and delivery details are correct; and
  • you will tell us about any known restriction that could affect the Order.

If you are unsure of your position, ask the competent authority in your country or a qualified adviser before ordering.

6. Regional Considerations

The examples below show where product-specific checks may be needed. They are not a complete legal guide or a statement of our shipping destinations.

  • European Union and EEA: product-authorisation, device or cosmetic rules may apply, including MDR Annex XVI for certain products without an intended medical purpose, together with national supply, labelling and professional rules.
  • Great Britain: MHRA rules on product supply, device registration and the conformity route recognised at the time.
  • Northern Ireland: arrangements can differ from Great Britain and must be checked for each product.
  • Switzerland: Swiss registration, representation, import and supply rules may apply. EU compliance is not automatically sufficient.
  • United States: FDA authorisation and federal or state supply rules may apply.
  • Canada: Health Canada product authorisations, device classes and provincial professional rules may apply.
  • Australia: TGA requirements, ARTG listing where required, and rules on supply and advertising may apply.
  • Other destinations: national rules on classification, authorisation, import, professional eligibility and labelling should be checked.

Mentioning a regulator does not mean it endorses PREMIUMDERMALMART or has approved our catalogue. Rules change, so always check the current official requirements.

7. What Approvals and Certificates Mean

  • Product authorisation or registration: covers the specific product and scope recorded by the authority, not worldwide use.
  • CE marking: shows conformity with the relevant EU requirements within its scope. It is not permission to import and not an endorsement of PREMIUMDERMALMART.
  • FDA registration or listing: on its own, this is not FDA approval or clearance.
  • Cosmetic notification: records a notification under a specific framework. It is not a universal approval.
  • ISO certification: covers the named organisation, site and scope only.
  • Company or trade registration: covers the business, not individual products.
  • Customs clearance: confirms a customs outcome only. It does not show compliance with every other rule.
  • Authenticity documents: support a product's identity or origin, but do not prove it is authorised in your country.

Manufacturer and supplier certificates belong to those companies and cover their own products and activities.

8. Product Information and Documentation

We share as much product information as possible, as published by the manufacturer. This can include official labels and instructions, registration or authorisation details, declarations of conformity and certificates, manufacturer details, batch or lot information, and supply documents.

To request documents, tell us the exact product and version, the destination country, your intended activity and the information you need. We will provide all the manufacturer information available to us. Complete technical files and confidential manufacturer records are not supplied with each Order.

We do not give medical advice, prescribing services, clinical training or patient-specific recommendations. Our information does not replace official product documentation or an authorisation from a competent authority.

9. Authenticity and Traceability

Packaging and security features differ between brands, manufacturers and markets. Not every product uses holograms, QR codes, serial numbers or identical seals. A packaging difference alone does not show that a product is counterfeit, and a barcode, hologram or QR code alone does not prove authenticity.

To report an authenticity or traceability concern, send us the product name and version, manufacturer, batch or lot number, expiry date, photographs of the packaging and labels, and your Order number.

10. Storage and Transport

Temperature-sensitive products are shipped cold chain, as described in our Shipping Policy. On arrival, follow the storage instructions on the product label immediately. Do not use or distribute a product you believe is compromised until we have reviewed the case.

11. Customs, Duties and Import

No shipping service, including Special Logistics, includes import VAT, duties, customs fees or other taxes. The recipient is the importer of record and pays them at customs, in line with the rules of the destination country.

Customs clearance is not the same as product authorisation or professional eligibility. Do not assume a purchase is lawful because:

  • our website offers a shipping option;
  • duties or taxes have been paid;
  • customs released the shipment; or
  • a similar parcel was delivered before.

Customs descriptions and documents must accurately describe the shipment.

12. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes by the United States, the European Union or the United Nations, or to other high-risk destinations. These currently include:

  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Central African Republic
  • Cuba
  • Democratic Republic of the Congo
  • Iran
  • Libya
  • Myanmar
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Somalia
  • South Sudan
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Venezuela
  • Yemen
  • The Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia)

Orders for these destinations, or for persons or businesses on sanctions lists, will be cancelled and refunded. The full list of countries we ship to is in our Shipping Policy.

13. Product Concerns, Safety Issues and Recalls

Contact us promptly if you suspect a product is defective, contaminated, incorrectly labelled, not genuine, or linked to a safety issue. Include your Order number and the product and batch details.

If a product may be unsafe, stop using or distributing it, keep it apart from usable stock, keep it in its labelled storage conditions and keep the evidence. Follow any urgent instructions from competent authorities, and never delay seeking professional care while waiting for our review.

We review every report and, where appropriate, work with manufacturers, suppliers and competent authorities. Reporting to us does not replace any reporting duty that applies directly to a practitioner or other party. Where a recall applies, affected parties must follow its instructions.

14. Professional Responsibility

The treating professional remains solely responsible for patient assessment, informed consent, lawful administration and aftercare. Clinical questions should be directed to appropriately qualified professionals.

15. Resale and Distribution

Business customers who resell or distribute products must meet the requirements for their own activities. These can include wholesale or distribution licences, import and local representation, checking downstream buyers' eligibility, storage and transport, traceability, product information, advertising, safety reporting and recalls.

Buying from premiumdermalmart.com does not grant a distribution licence, a trademark licence or authorised-representative status. Products must not be unlawfully resold, redistributed, relabelled or supplied.

16. Third-Party Brands

Third-party trademarks, logos and brand names belong to their owners. They are used only to identify products and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or authorised-distributor status. More information is in our Legal Notice.

17. Personal Information

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Licence checks and complaint reviews use only the information needed. Do not send identifiable patient files by ordinary email or message. Contact us first so we can tell you what is needed and how to send it securely.

18. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PREMIUMDERMALMART accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or claim arising from:

  • the use, misuse, administration or results of any product;
  • the import of products, customs decisions, or a failure to hold any licence, permit or prescription required;
  • the storage or handling of products after delivery;
  • the resale or onward supply of products; or
  • reliance on general information on this page.

This applies in full, except only where the applicable law does not allow liability to be excluded. Remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are set out in our Refund, Return and Replacement Policy.

19. Related Policies

  • Terms of Service: Orders, eligibility, prices, payment and liability.
  • Shipping Policy: processing, delivery, costs, customs and the countries we ship to.
  • Refund, Return and Replacement Policy: cancellations, claims, returns and refunds.
  • Privacy Policy: how we handle personal information.

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
