According to electromyography in rats, Finetox exhibits inhibitory effects on neuronal electrical signal transduction comparable to those of Brand A product.
- To compare Finetox with Brand A, electromyography was conducted after injecting 6.0 U Botulinum Toxin into the lateral gastrocnemius muscle of the right leg of a rat at 0, 4, 8, 12, and 24 weeks.
Efficacy Study 2:
In an MRI for muscle volume assessment in rats, Finetox demonstrates activity promoting muscle volume reduction comparable to that of Brand A.
- MRI measurements of the lateral gastrocnemius muscle of the right leg, whole leg muscle, and calf are taken before and 4, 8, 12, and 24 weeks after injection.
