Techniques for Reconstitution and Dilution:

Fill a suitably sized syringe with the diluent.
To avoid drug denaturation, slowly inject the diluent into the container.
During the dilution procedure, make sure the vial is vacuum-sealed. If this requirement is not met, discard the vial.
Label the vial with the dilution date and time, and use the solution within 24 hours.
Refrigerate the diluted solution between 2 and 8°C.
