We are Premium Dermal Mart, an online store dedicated to providing a wide range of high-quality skincare dermal filler products. Currently, we are actively looking for an HR intern to assist us in managing our recruitment processes. We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, who can excel in both independent and team-oriented settings, paying meticulous attention to detail while demonstrating creativity and adaptability.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Review resumes and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
• Draft personnel action forms for various HR-related processes, including new hires, terminations, and title changes.
• Conduct job and task analysis to define job requirements and objectives.
• Advertise open positions through approved recruitment channels.
• Coordinate orientations and initial training sessions for newly hired employees.
• Provide essential administrative support as needed.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills across various platforms.
• An educational background in administration, human resources, marketing, or relevant experience in a related role (e.g., HR or international business).
• Familiarity with common office software programs such as Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to meet deadlines.

• Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability.
• Effective communication skills, encompassing speaking, active listening, and observation.
• The capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information:

Internship Duration: The internship program spans from 3 to 6 months.

Working Hours: You are expected to commit to 20 hours per week, distributed across Monday through Friday, with a daily workload of approximately four hours.

Your Team: You will be part of a team consisting of 10 - 12 interns, led by a manager.

Please be aware that this is an unpaid internship. However, upon the successful completion of your internship, we will gladly provide you with a reference letter and certificate. Since this is an online internship, it offers flexibility while still presenting significant opportunities for growth.
